danishcanadian There is no perfect age. People need to get ready when it is right for them. My sister and brother-in-law were married when she was 19 and he was 21, and they've been married for almost 10 years. They have a wonderful marriage.

beautifulceiling It's kind of hard to answer because if I hadn't felt powerless, I would have stopped it. But maybe that does answer the question. Being powerless goes more to the root of it so that probably goes deeper to the source of the pain.
