deliria I used to collect stamps when I was younger. Now, I'm getting fund o tatty teddy stuff and various clippings of articles and also books. :-)

Speaking, writing, music. Many people are very able with spoken word and get satisafction on that. Others need or prefer to write a letter or e-mail to get it done. There are many ways, what's yours, tell us pls ;)

I believe the reason why we attend school is to acquire knowledge.This is basically the reason for it,but a lot of people believe more in just getting the certificate caring less about how they get it.

deliria You can stop procrastination by doing the things or assignments as soon as you received it. It takes time to develop the habit but it works and it would save you from a whole lot of hell. :-)

deliria meditate. lock myself up in a room, surround myself with peace and quiet, turn on the aircon and just lay there. Think about the week that has done. Inventory. and write in my journal.
