DLi16Blue I would see the mirror as more of a guide. A scale doesn't really mean much. It says the same thing for a person with muscle and a person with fat.

DLi16Blue I really don't like commercials. It makes us feel like we need certain things even though we are fine without them. Love and family is above everything else.

DLi16Blue Pictures DO NOT slow down computers, Pictures with viruses/spyware do lol. Bottom line though it's mostly memory that slow down computers.

DLi16Blue There really is no product except to eat real natural foods. I've tried those weight loss teas once and couldn't leave the bathroom lol. Really, it all comes down to the right diet and right amount of exercise.

DLi16Blue I'm currently trying keto. It's where you eat lots of fat but minimal carbs. If you're really looking for a diet, I would recommend you keep it balanced from fat, carbs, and protein.
