DragonWarWizard My best advice would be to go to google.com and enter the name of your tortilla warmer. The manufacturer may have uploaded a pdf instruction manual for the product.

DragonWarWizard You are very lucky no one was hurt. There could have been serious injurites. I don't like to cook with glass bakeware for fear of injury. I don't cook often but when I do, it's with metal pans.
