drravikiran Be stern in your communication to them. Tell them to put you on their DO NOT CALL list. And remind them coolly but strongly, that if they call you again, it will be reported to the concerned authority. That might help you out.

drravikiran You can take the horse to the water but cant force it to drink. This saying holds good for you too. Only you can convince yourself to go to the workout on a daily morning basis. You keep the continuity for at least a month then it becomes a practice.
