dzimiie Neobux is the best PTC out there but the referrals are the most unprofitable thing you can have. I tried getting 3 referrals and they are active 1 every 3 days. Sometimes more but what ever, so I need to recycle them for 0.08 witch is a lot while you get 0.10$...
