Most of the time, I won't call anybody after 10:30pm. I go to bed very late almost everyday. But I don't want to bother others after 10:30pm as some people may already go to sleep.

eccentricmoi depending on how well i know the person. it's usually case to case basis. but to be on the safe side, i SMS them first to check, if they reply then there's no problem. but if they don't reply back, it's a different story.
