Inspired by a thread on mistakes in cooking pasta, here is the number one mistake I've noticed in pizzas, expecially if I eat it outside of Italy: The margherita pizza should have tomato, cheese and BASIL. Basil, not oregano!...

eiencafe Yep, italiana:D vicino a Milano. Yes Margherita is the same even in England (even if my American friend didn't know what it was so maybe it isn't "Margherita" in America lol :D )

The new Testament was about a Messiah 2000 yrs. ago, He was a Hebrew by birth, there were no J's in the Alphabet until after about 1600 so why do we call him Jesus?
