Does anyone like this show? Anyone else watched it? I love it I think it is so hilarious and funny and i can't wait to see the live show in february, i have all the dvd's and watch it all the time, some people might not like it...

i have a little red dot on my stomach, its like a frecle but its bright red, its not sore or itchy its just there does anyone know what this is? it doesnt stick out its just on my skin..

Has anyone tried it? It is created by Seth Roberts and is a particularily interesting a strange philosophy and i think its crazy enough i might just try it..he believes that our bodies have a 'set point' of what weight they want...
