faikeijames I agree with you. Prayer is a communication directly to God. I hate when people think prayer is just for giving God their wish list - maybe it's because they don't know what prayer really is. Prayer is for praise as well. I thank God everyday through prayer...

faikeijames I agree with you Speakeasy!!!! I was raised as a Christian and I believe in God and John 3:16, but over the years I have seen preachers/pastors/fathers interpret the Bible to make it convenient for their lives so it may seem like they're living right...ALWAYS....

Anybody know a good natural sleep remedy? Melatonin doesn't get along with me, and valerian root doesn't work for me. Any other ideas?

faikeijames I agree! A hot bath after exercising is great! But if you're trying to relax avoid watching tv, playing games, or the computer because those things are mind stimulators.
