gypsywoman344 Hi, I know how confusing it can be. My suggestiom is to contact your local AARP. Even if they can't provideyou with a resonable plan they will help you find one. They will also help make the whole process easier. They are at least something you can trust.

gypsywoman344 I have been the same way since I was a child. How I dealt with it (because I just couldn't deal with sleeping nights and being functional in the morning), Is to always work the second or third shifts. It sure made life a whole lot pleasanter.
