happyhappylife Yes definitely. For me, if I get to sleep for at least 6 hours, I will wake up so fresh. My kids are early risers. They wake up as early as 6am everyday and I have to wake up too . I start doing housework like sweeping, do laundry, cooking, fold clothes, etc...
