hopeful327 I think it'd be great for you to have another child. Your older son will be a good daddy from all of the experience of watching you take care of his sibling. Plus, he will have some family after you and your dh pass on many years from now.

hopeful327 I will not allow my son to date until he is 16. HOWEVER, I will encourage (note I said encourage) him to wait until he is in college, for various reasons. Whether or not he's follows my advice is up to him :)

My father in law is selling my late husbands car

hopeful327 I'm sorry :( I can understand why you'd be hurt!!!! Have you by chance found a widow's support group in your area? Have you heard of griefshare? (Google it, maybe there's a group in your area) Or found a good therapist? ((HUGS))

hopeful327 Oops, I just realized I couldn't buy the cars for foster kids because that's way more that 500 bucks! I guess instead I would give $500 to 50 foster children (who were about to age out of the system) to help pay for college.

hopeful327 The $28,000 is the GRAND TOTAL - dr's fees, hospital fees, anesth. etc. Even include the $8.00 little caps that he wore while in the hospital!
