Most people don't like the smell of garlic, onions, fish sauce, certain kinds of cheese etc. But why is it that these products makes the food so tasty despite the smell?

in2day I don't totaly agree with you. For example, I can't stand the smell of dry salted fish and squid when I fry it, but I love eating it.

in2day I don't celebrate easter and I mostly don't prepare ovenmeals. I have an old gasoven which I prefer not to use, because the food doesn't turn out the way I like it to be most of the time :( Have a nice time with your family! :)
