jacci55072 I hate to get calls when it is in the middle of the night. It just happened to me last night. My brother called me 3 diffrent times last night. He could tell I was sleeping but that still did not matter he still called me and wanted to talk forever.

jacci55072 I personally have been living this way for the past 10 years, I will only get about 2- 4 hours asleep a night. I have not found anything that really has helped me to unwind yet. sometimes i drink out tea to see if that helps me but it has not yet.
