I've notice while reminiscing this evening that I have not eaten any full meal today. I have only eaten snack foods, piattos potato snacks and kirei snacks... drank 1 big cup of milo choco drink... 3 small bars of tivoli...

Debs_place As long as you don't do this on a regular basis, you are fine. If you said you do this a few times a week..not good. Just make sure you eat healthy on the other days.
