jsvanriet I heard that a lot of it is general garbage, kinda like how bluray players originally "upconverted" everything and it looked all funky. That is how I have heard it describe. I was just wondering if this is true or not? Does it have any sort of actual reality...

jsvanriet it is the early intervention program, that is saying he does not qualify anymore. However not more than 4 months ago he had an IEP that states he needs SLP and assisstance with social interaction, among others. That is the part I do not understand.
