justducky I prefer walking and the health benifits are greater (walking is easier on your joints). I go out of my way to walk as much as possible and then set goals for myself such as a marathon. Hook up with others doing the same and you've got built in support.

justducky I did see it. I thought that the government regulated kids going to school. It didn't appear that they were really home schooled in any manner either. I have to wonder what posseses some of these families to apply for this.

justducky It does suck...alot. but you have to be able to stop focusing on the problem and focus on a solution. I find that if I don't do this then all of my energy goes towards the problem...and it ends up sucking more and making me feel worse...
