kabuki I guess for most school children, being bullied is part and parcel of growing up. only thing is that the bullying does not go overboard and the children get so traumatised that they don't dare to go to school or want to commit suicide.

kabuki i think it is a matter of viewpoint, if you belidve in traditional medicine, they will advice you as such. Western medicine will not advocate such as it is not backed by science or data yet. Still, it is safer to avoid late night baths unless necessary.

kabuki i feel that books give us information which are very general, without practical experience or life lessons, it is difficult to absorb or fully understand the true meaning of the knowledge in the books.
