Katie Exactly and garlic is good to take as well. Even though we have already had this type of flu we are now taking garlic, vitamin c and multi vitamins. I sure don't want to risk another illness as this one.

Katie We are all much better. You may want to start taking garlic and vitamin c. Hopefully this will help as to it not being as severe.

Katie I do not even believe that that will work either. It seems that there is nothing that phases them. They are told and told over and over and then the very second your back is turned they are doing exactly what you told them repeatedly that they could not do....
