I've read that simulated sunlight is often used as therapy to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). But the computer is much more fun! Doesn't the computer simulate enough sunlight to take care of that?

katthevamp No, it does not. :/ A computer lacks most of the light the sun does. For me, the computer makes all depression worse because I use it to avoid doing what needs done, which makes me feel useless, which makes me avoid doing it, and on and on.
