Why? Because we have wild crazy winds, sleet, freezing rain, ice pellets...and maybe a bit of snow later. Tomorrow for a little while it will be above freezing and of course will melt some of it, but then it will freeze back up...

George felt good enough to take another short walk today, this time making it halfway between our house and the one next door. He stopped to check the mail, too. Just his old college looking for money.
