koopharper Someone suggested I sell them for Easter. I'm not sure that would be as lucrative as all that. I tend to avoid making religious items as a whole anyway.

koopharper They are. The wood is Swamp Alder. I've said before that it is really underrated. It is one of the easier to carve hardwoods available to me.

koopharper It doesn't happen often if their feed and housing are good. Sometimes something goes wrong and eggs get broken in the nest. The chicken will clean up the mess but might like the extra protein. Then they can start breaking them on purpose and eating them.

koopharper There is no problem with me opting out, which I am doing but expectations have been set with the customers. I think Etsy should behave like a platform hosting stores which is what they are not the store.
