Once every 3 days lol. Seriously, My hair doesn't get really nasty, and I have to go through so much work to get it straight again that it's just easier to do it less often.

kuirqs I try to every time I shower. Although I've read somewhere that it's healthier for your hair to abstain from shampooing for a day or two, so that the natural oils in your scalp won't be washed away, and makes your hair shinier. To each his own, I suppose!

kuirqs I more into alternative rock. My most favorite bands are: Dishwalla, Lifehouse, Jars of Clay, Snow Patrol, Switchfoot and Coldplay. They all have great lyrics and good rhythms in their songs. I wonder if any of my favorites would be in your list?
