ladyg1 Everyone should know how to prepare meals. Cooking is needed for survival. My husband loves to cook but doesn't clean up after himself. He usually makes a giant mess. I am glad to have a meal ready for me now and then that I didn't have to make though.

ladyg1 Housework doesn't really bother me. It's the fact that I spend the first half of my day cleaning and the second half at work. I get so tired I can't stand anything.

My ex and I used to argue because, we both hated washing dishes, but he wanted an automatic dishwasher and I said they don't clean dishes good enough - do you wash dishes by hand or use a dishwasher?

ladyg1 Once you have a dishwasher you will never want to do dishes by hand again. If you get a good one it will clean the dishes, if not it won't. In our old apartment we had a dishwasher, I had never had one before and I thought it wasn't going to do them right but...

ladyg1 once in a while I will skip bathing for one day. that's only if I don't need to be around others that day or plan on getting dirty anyway. the only other time I don't bath is if I am camping.

ladyg1 I have 3 pets. One of my dogs is named Sandy, she's an Australian Shephard. My other dog's name is Bailey, she's a Britany Spaniel. I also have a ball-python named Lila. No celebrity names though.

ladyg1 Dogs are great pets if you have the time and patience to train them. They are very loyal and protective of their masters. Cats are good pets for people who can't devote a lot of time and energy to caring for a pet but want the companionship.

ladyg1 We let our dogs on the bed with us for about 15 minutes in the evening then we say time for bed and they get down. I can't have my dogs lying all over me when I'm trying to sleep. I get cramps in my legs if I don't have enough room to move around at night.

ladyg1 I don't drink. I agree it is a waste of money and time. I don't like the feeling of being drunk. I like to feel good and in control instead of sick and lost.
