lbp1961 I take my daughter who is asthmatic to the accupuncturist and it helps her tremendously. You can also try to get rid of all wheat product in your menu and lactose. If you can, try and have your allergies tested by a homeopath.

lbp1961 I love the ice milk from McDonald. The cone is small enough that it doesn't provide too much calories. But a slush is a much better way to cool off in my opinion. Give me a sour lime slush anytime. :)
