libramie Try to minimize Dep coz too much is bad. Softdrink I think can increase your sugar count that tend to diabetes which destroyed not only your kidneys but all your internal organs and so as your sight and mind.

libramie I never wear newly purchased underwear even any garments. I wash it first and ironed before I wear it. These items passed in many places,in hand and in machine in the making so I considered it messy.

libramie Maybe our system will not fully gained for the last days we spend were rigidly fully loaded. At a time I'm very weary, am also have a hard time tending to sleep. Then when I can sleep, it takes me long hours to awaken my system and feel a full recovery.
