lovie0524 Mind over heart..Hmmmmm...easy to say but very hard to do. There are times that you know exactly what is best for you but its very difficult to do it because the heart is so stubborn that its really very hard to fight it.

lovie0524 Only during cold season. But during hot season or summer i only pee once or just twice a day even if drink a lot of water. Maybe because i sweat a lot when its hot.
