Water skater can run on water surface . Why and how?

Mainframeguy Maybe it can be the fathers fault too - just a thought. Also fault implies it is a bad thing which is horrible - I'd prefer it were soemthing to be celebrated. Just because they are in their teens does not make it wrong, not at all.
