Is there real danger in lack of sleep?

I have heard a lot of people saying that having enough sleep is healthy for us. Now does it mean that if we lack sleep, it would be bad for our health? Is there real danger if we don't have enough sleep on a regular basis?

meetjofin yeah they are too salty i think they wanted the pickles to last longer as salt is a best preservative...like you my mom also reduces the brine and adds water to reduce the salt.....with the salt reduced the pickle tastes so good.

I really liked it--I found it much more entertaining than the first one, and definitely better than the second one. The story was more interesting and the characters had more depth. The special effects were visually appealing too....
