nishant5n Mint or Pudina is also very helpful for heat stroke. We can take it in juice form, in leaves form or in tablet form. Drinking plenty of water before going out will also help to avoid heat stroke. Covering head and body parts is also useful.

nishant5n actually I live above a barber shop and whenever I go upstairs or come downstairs I go there, sometimes even three times a day. I have been here since two years, so it is kind a puzzling to calculate in numbers but many often I go there .
