pikachu01 I do the reformatting myself coz i know how to repair and fix computer problems. The usual price for reformatting here in the philippines is around 500 to 1k pesos. Still depends if the pc or laptop is on warranty from the dealer or manufacturer or not.

pikachu01 im using www.paidtoclick.in and its paypal minimum payout is $0.01, they pay weekly and promptly. its a good ptc site. you can also try trekpay.com, they also pay weekly and the minimum payout is $5.50

pikachu01 just click on the account info menu at the top of the page and you'll see so far how much youve earned. if you hit the $5.50 mark then you have to enter your paypal email into the space on the account info page. they process payments on a weekly basis...
