poohbear2123 I read in the Farmer's Almanac one time that if you put a pot in the window and fill it with water and basil leaves the flies will clear the room. Never tried it to see if it works,but you could always try it and see. If it does let me know.

poohbear2123 Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it. I don't know what they can do for an adult with ADD though. ADHD, I think that they can prescribe medication for it, not sure about ADD though. I'll Google it and see what I can find out.

poohbear2123 I dealt with the same problem last year, I bought my son a Nintendo DS and it had to come from China and it did take several weeks for it to get here. I imagine that with the Olympics going on as well, that it may take a little longer than it usually would.

poohbear2123 Since you are already exercising regularly, why not try just drinking water and not eating anything after 6:00PM. You can drink after 6, just don't eat anything. You will be surprised, because you will lose weight just by doing these two things.
