Music! It is a wonderful medicine for mind. When we tried or in stress it is better to listen music to get rid if the stress. Music is used as medicine in many hospitals.

punkix yeah i think i have tried noght swimming when me and my relatives rented a house with pool. you get to rent a house and its amenities including a private pool to yourselves so definitely you can go swimming anytime. hehehe happy posting
