Never waste your time arguing over petty things. Instead, resolve the issue with calm heads & emotions. Learn to forgive & forget. Never be "historical". There is more to enjoy in life than to push your very own self to...

purplehaze thank you for your advice. For the line Never be "historical", i find this hard to abide. I find that i am a person who finds it really hard to forget the bad things that was done to me. For example, when my husband was still my bf, he cheated on me once and i...

I may have to stay back in the office for 2 hours or more tomorrow just to clear the work.
There is no extra pay for overtime, and no allowance for staying, not even transport allowance for me to take a cab home.
Working for free...

purplehaze I would only agree to stay overtime for work for more than 2 hours if there is an overtime pay. If it is just one hour or less, I would not mind even if there is no pay but only if it is really needed and it is not frequent. Sometimes we need to sacrifice a...

Everyone has something we want and something we don't want. We look at Jason across the office and we want to share his skills in IT. We don't want him to get too close though becuase he'll talk our ear off about some inane...
