anshnav if the earth stops suddenly then the first thing to stop after the earth would be the wind . it would change its direction dramatically and the areas of low pressure would become of high pressure the next thing what would happen we would not experience day...

skittles46 From what I understand crying opens up the lungs, and gives the baby a good initial oxegyn supply. Also, up until that point they have been cozy and comfortable in a warm, dim environment, and its a shock to come out into the cold bright world.
