rhiamacatol Some people doesn't like being told what to do. You may listen to them but do not do what they told you to do. Our emotion is within our control not to waste our energy for that act that we do not like.

rhiamacatol There are lots of vegetables and fruits that you can juice. I juice 2 cucumber, 1 orange and 1/4 kl of grapes. Or a combination of brocolli, pineapple and tomato. You may also juice malunggay leaves, grapes and lemon.

rhiamacatol I have good neigbors too. Im always confident when am away for a meeting or activities especially when my kids are left at home. Because my neighbor is there for me. They can text me or taking care of our backyard wherever I am. I feel so blessed.

rhiamacatol Once I received my income from any source I have a percentage or allotment for every category. 10% goes to tithes, 5% goes to my own pocket, 10% for my long-term savings fund, 10% give or donation, 40% cost of living, 10% fun and recreation, 15% others.......

rhiamacatol Since I am working at home. I have 10 hrs work. But, I can do whatever I want to do and I can have a vacation or breaktime whenever I want to because it's my own time and Im not into an 8-5 working hrs work.
