rnkwissie My middle name is Jane, it was my aunt's middle name, who was murdered a month to the day before I was born. Kinda spooky, but I am proud of it, I guess she was a pretty neat lady...well girl, she was only 13.

rnkwissie Just be careful not to eat too much protein. Also, one thing I learned, your brain only uses carbohydrates for energy, so be sure you are getting enough of those. Everything should be in moderation. There is no value in adding even more protein to that...
