runningpoet Well, I mean, yeah I guess they are real mean. In till they decided to take a cross from a lady and trample it. I mean that would make them not men in my opinion weather or not they were gay. Society is so messed up sometimes.

runningpoet I love running. But I've had my problem with. I run in college so the mileage if high and intense. So I have some injuries from it. But all in all I just bunce back and keep chugging along.

I've never tried running out on the streets. I've been running on the treadmill in my home 2-3x a week for almost 2 yrs now. How about you?

runningpoet Aww, yeah, I see. I live somewhere where pollution isn't too bad, and I don't have problems with pollen or anything. I've had smoe really bad runs outdoors though where I had to walk all the way back that wasn't fun! I've never really run with music before...

runningpoet yes, but it can take a long time. If the pounding from the running is an issue you can also try swimming to help break up doing the same thing everyday. Lifting weights will also help with losing weight. Watch what you eat and don't just limit yourself to...

runningpoet I do have a TV in my room. Granted I live with two other people so I have no choice but to put it in my room! I do leave it on sometimes when I'm trying to get to sleep. It helps me for some reason, while it does hinder me if a good show comes on.
