sheenac1983 It is best to be healthy, you can be chubby and healthy and you can also be thin an healthy. I say as long as you are in good health, it doesn't matter.

sheenac1983 I only wish I had the same problem as you. I am what you call an insomniac...I will lie awake in bed for hours and hours, if not all night. When I can I try to stay in bed in the morning, but I just get frustrated because I cannot fall back to sleep.
