snap3231 I don't know this will shock you or not. I almost drink all 12 cans in a pack for a weekend. I probably do that every weekend. I know it's not healthy but I love soda drinks.

I know that I don't consume enough water all the time, but do you? Water consumption is obviously very important, and if you don't consume enough what are u doing to change that?

snap3231 I have a kidney transpalnt, I gotta drink a lot of water, should be over 3 litres... Unfortunely, I hate water. I could hardly drink water, I often drank pops, juice, other drinks. I know it's not health to drink those high sodium drinks but I think my tongue...
