sshiva95 Since you have to be up at 5, it is late as everybody needs 7 hrs sleep for the body to recover lost energy and generate new cells. But if you can manage with 5 hrs of sleep then well and good because what works for one person might not work for another

sshiva95 I prefer reading a real book to the e-version of it especially because it doesn't strain the eyes, doesn't run out of charge can be taken almost anywhere. Plus it makes me feel that I'm less dependent on computers or any other electronic device.
