stinkybh I think Sony have one of the best quality. I'm not shure , but , think top of the models of this marks are whit perfect quality , so there is no problem if you wish to buy the newest model. Also , i think Sony is cheaper then Nikon.

stinkybh The real vitamines are from fruits. Vitamin C supplement can't replace real vitamine. Nothink maked from human , can replace and be as good as real. But you can use Vitamine supplement , when you don't eat fruits , but think it's not the better choise.

stinkybh Yes , they will help you. And not only for that. They will help for skin. And many many other. ( but need to know what vitamin will help for that ) . It's healthly to drink one tablete of multivitamine once a day ( if you don't eat mutch froots ).
