What was your babies first word and when??

Hi all. My son is 7 months old and he just started saying 'Mama'. Do you think this is early for him to be talking (I do!) Did your kids talk early? Late? What was your child's first real word?

When did your child first really begin to walk - I'm not talking about a walking car or along furntiture. Was it both good and bad - exciting and yet - oh no - what other trouble can they get into?

tapdawg25 My daughter started walking at 11 months. She was already into everything when she'd crawl. The independence was nice, because I could just put her down on the floor and she'd actually be on her feet instead of all fours. I was very excited to see her walking....

tapdawg25 Veggie is my favorite and I like thick crust. I have created my own pizza with the Boboli crusts and sauce. My husband and I just add our own toppings. That way, we control the grease that is added to the pizza... none! :-)
