tarsonm We tend to have dinner around six or seven depends on the day...it is normally later on tuesdays and thrusdays due to my nephew going to an afterschool program but everybody eats together unless one kid stays at a friends.

tarsonm I used to have this problem. I use to just buy a bottle of Dymitap cough syrup. I would take a half dose a few hours before bed. Just don't abuse it. Start off using childrens stregth.
