temperamental I'm a heavy sleeper most of the time. If my sister forgets her keys she would have to spend hours inside our house if I'm sleeping because I don't usually wake up with the slightest noise! :)

temperamental I love my long hair. I have a long jetblack hair that I grew down to my waist, but it was dragging my face down, made me look so old. I think short hair for men over 40 are the way to go, though it wouldn't hurt sporting a bra-length one :)

temperamental I have lost weight by goign to the gym for 5 days a week for 3 horus everyday, but I got so burned out with it that I lessend my gym hours till I stopped, and I gained back my weight. Jogging is a lot stress-free so I suggest you do a combination of both....
