terallion I take deep and long breaths for sometime. This helps in a lot of situations like when you are upset, excited, annoyed or even when feeling sleepy during a boring lecture session. Deep breathing is also good for health.

terallion No no, I don't use my alarm clock to wake me up. Tha biological clock works just fine. Only when I have to wake up at very odd hour, I use my mobile alarm.
