thebetterof2 Well it sounds like you have a true problem you should see a doctor right away you'll probably need prescription sleeping aids if you don't want to use those then you could try going to your drug store and picking up melotonin a "natural" sleeping aid

thebetterof2 I think candy cigarettes don't have much an effect on smoking. Seeing as the past generation used to hut many candy cigarettes. Now however teens smoke in numbers doubling last generations.
