trigunvamp Well granted you don't want to use lawyers, but it might be best to go talk to some. Nothing says you have to hire them. Ask their opinion and maybe go to the local court house and if there's something like a child support division, talk to them as well.

trigunvamp Ya I learned my lesson the hard way as well. We had credit cards and loans and then lay offs came and we lost everything. The car, the house, everything. And now our credit rating is in the toilet cause of that, can't get credit to get another car. Funny...

trigunvamp That would be like an ultimate cool. I honestly don't know what I'd do with a lot of money, other then pay bills, but it would have been better in my opinion if he would have like found seventy really poor people who needed it and leave it to them.
