Tristan X. That's really difficult. I would take The Decameron from Boccaccio. I don't remember the stories anymore, but know the book is big and had different stories, so guess, it would not get boring too fast.

Tristan X. Do yoga. Seriously...yoga has no knee stretching and you can start very slowly. It will lubricate your joints nicely. Also, for hurting joints is the best remedy gentle (natural) movement. I think walking or swimming can be awesome.

Tristan X. I had to move fairly often in the past two years. Switching countries, climates, houses - because of my company. And I hated not being able to follow my workout and diet routine. It made me feel weakened. Maybe we all are programmed to be creatures of habit.
